How can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, open its page in our Explorer, connect the Order Authority address on the destination chain, click Cancel, specify the address to receive the refunded funds on the source chain, click Send Cancel, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

What are the DAO’s objectives?

How does DAO staking work?

DAO staking is an upcoming feature that will allow users to stake DBR tokens to participate in governance. Stakers will be able to vote on proposals, and their voting power will depend on the amount of staked DBR and past participation.

Who can participate in governance?

Participation is open to: 1. DBR token holders (via staking) 2. Active ecosystem participants are recognized through the Points and Seasons system

What is the deBridge DAO?

The deBridge DAO is the decentralized governance body that will progressively manage protocol upgrades, treasury allocation, validator policy, and ecosystem development through onchain proposals and community voting.

What are deBridge Hooks, and how do they work?

Hooks allow developers to attach custom on-chain actions (e.g., contract calls, token transfers) that automatically execute upon order fulfillment.

Does deBridge’s DLN API require authentication or an API key?

No authentication is required for public endpoints such as /v1.0/dln/order/create-tx. However, API keys are available for higher rate limits.

How can I whitelist a token on deBridge?

To whitelist your token on deBridge, it must be verified on one of the supported platforms — Birdeye, CoinGecko, or Jupiter. Additionally, the token must meet the following criteria as listed in the answer inside.

Why isn’t the token logo displayed?

Token logos are displayed only for tokens that are whitelisted in our system.

If I cancel a transaction, will I get my fees back?

When you cancel an order, all funds originally locked on the source chain are fully refunded, including affiliate and protocol fees. Only the cancellation transaction itself requires a small network gas fee.

Is there a cost to cancel an order?

Yes, cancellation requires an onchain transaction, so you’ll pay a small gas fee. There’s no protocol cancellation fee.

Can deBridge freeze or recover stolen funds?

No, deBridge is fully non-custodial and has no control over user funds once transactions are executed. However, our compliance team can cooperate when legally required.

Are my private keys safe? Does deBridge custody funds?

Yes, your private keys are completely safe. deBridge is a non-custodial protocol where you always maintain control of your assets until orders are fulfilled. No one, including the deBridge team, has access to or control over your assets.

What is the 0-TVL architecture?

0-TVL means the protocol holds no pooled user funds. Instead, it coordinates orders, and liquidity is managed off-chain by solvers who never cede control of their funds until execution.

Is deBridge safe?

deBridge emphasizes security, having undergone numerous audits (over 30 to date) and operating a $200k bug-bounty program. Additionally, its 0-TVL architecture reduces locked liquidity risk and attack surface vector.

Can I customize token metadata (name, symbol, decimals) when porting via dePort?

No. The metadata is inherited from the original deployment.

Is it possible to deploy again a token that was already ported through dePort?

Yes. Once a token has been ported through dePort, its wrapped version (deAsset) is automatically deployed on the first destination chain.

Can I use dePort to port NFTs?

Currently, dePort is designed for fungible tokens (ERC20 / SPL). NFT bridging is not yet supported.

Are there extra fees for porting tokens?

Yes. When using dePort, two fees apply, including gas and a protocol flat fee.

Can I deploy a token via dePort?

Yes, you can deploy any token to any supported chain with the help of dePort. It helps to provide a non-liquid, wrapped asset on the destination chain.

When should I use dePort vs standard deBridge bridging?

Use dePort when you need to port tokens (e.g., with special custodial or lock/unlock logic) where simple swaps/bridges are not sufficient. It handles more complex asset bridging scenarios.

What is dePort?

dePort is our custody solution, enabling anyone to securely port assets to any chain in a couple of clicks. It only takes two steps to port your token to any chain: port your asset to the required chain and make the asset tradable by creating a liquidity pool.

Can I filter orders by chain, token, status, or date?

Yes, you can filter orders by source chain, destination chain, status, time filters, and many more options.

How do I find which route was used for my bridging transaction?
