How can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, open its page in our Explorer, connect the Order Authority address on the destination chain, click Cancel, specify the address to receive the refunded funds on the source chain, click Send Cancel, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

If I cancel a transaction, will I get my fees back?

When you cancel an order, all funds originally locked on the source chain are fully refunded, including affiliate and protocol fees. Only the cancellation transaction itself requires a small network gas fee.

Yes, cancellation requires an onchain transaction, so you’ll pay a small gas fee. There’s no protocol cancellation fee.

No, deBridge is fully non-custodial and has no control over user funds once transactions are executed. However, our compliance team can cooperate when legally required.

Yes, your private keys are completely safe. deBridge is a non-custodial protocol where you always maintain control of your assets until orders are fulfilled. No one, including the deBridge team, has access to or control over your assets.

No. The metadata is inherited from the original deployment.

Yes. Once a token has been ported through dePort, its wrapped version (deAsset) is automatically deployed on the first destination chain.

Currently, dePort is designed for fungible tokens (ERC20 / SPL). NFT bridging is not yet supported.
